
Ingredients:
750g Butter
100g Castor Sugar
650g Condense Milk
700g/doz Eggs
350g Plain Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
Colouring and flavouring suit to your own need
Method:
1. Heat the oven with top grill 180c.
2. Beat butter and castor sugar until creamy. Add in eggs, one at a time.
3. Add in condense milk, mixed well.
4. Sieve flour and baking powder, until creamy sticky texture. If the texture is too runny, add a bit more plain flour until the texture look good.
5. Separate the ingredients equally into 5 different bowls.
6. 1st bowl remain the original colour, 2nd bowl add in 2 drips blue colouring, 3rd bowl add in 2 drips red colouring, 4th bowl add in 2 drips yellow colouring, the 5th bowl add in 2 drips green colouring. All the colour texture depends on your own liking.
7. Brush the square pan with butter, start the first layer with 3 heaps table spoon full, spread evenly to the pan, put into the oven for about 3-4 minutes. Check on the colour change, when the side turns light brown it is time to take out.
8. Always check with a fork poke into the cake to test the texture. It should come out smooth without any paste on the fork.
9. Brush the top layer with butter for the 2nd layer, follow the colour accrodingly.
10. Proceed the same method until the mixture used up.
11. Last layer, turn down the oven to 150c, bake approximately for 10-15minutes.
12 Remove the cake from the pan when it cool down completely.
Note: this method is using with electric oven.
